What are the "Five Gear Options"? These are five different intensity levels. We recommend starting on Level 1 to get used to the pressure and gradually increasing it to find the perfect setting for your comfort.
How hot does the "Hot Compress" get? The heat function is designed to be a "soothing warm," similar to a warm towel. It is calibrated to be safe for sensitive skin while still providing enough warmth to stimulate blood flow.
